REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different size, product, or a refund (full price items only) to the original payment method subject to the following conditions:

 

The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: the shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent making leather.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges must be sent back to Severo at the buyer’s cost. A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges.

Exchanges are only available for Australian customers. For international customers, please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only full price items may be refunded, please decide carefully when buying during a promotional period. Sale and promotional purchases will not be refunded, we can offer an exchange or store credit. This includes purchases made with a discount code.

EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event your item is damaged, we are happy to replace for the same item. Send us an email at info@severo.com so we can assist you.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you will need to mail your product to us.

Returns or exchanges must be sent back to Severo at the buyer’s cost. A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges.

International

 

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Severo takes no responsibility in tracking your return. 

 

For customers located in the United States we recommend using USPS for the most economical return back to Australia

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (ie. order number) to info@severo.com

for further review. We have a 3-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options.

 

Genuine manufacturing faults are usually detected within this period. Please take care to ensure that you use and store your shoes carefully.

We do not accept returns on products that are deemed faulty from misuse, wear, and tear over time, or found to be unrelated to a manufacturing issue. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse. Do not use any harsh chemicals to clean your shoes.
